Head over to your ScopeLeads Profile Settings (Account Tab) and click on the purple Manage Subscription button. This will take you to Chargebee's secure payment portal from where you can update your account details such as your payment method, billing email, billing & shipping address and see your ScopeLeads billing history.
All user subscription cancellations are managed through our live customer support. The cancellation requests are usually processed in less than 24 hours from the moment the cancellation request has been sent.
Note: Once the subscription period runs off after it's canceled, your account and all it's data will be deleted in 15 days from the day your re-billing fails to recharge and there is no way we can recover your account data after that point. The user can also request for the permanent and immediate account deletion and personal information removal.
