Using Email Templates can greatly reduce time needed to send out emails.

When using Templates, all your emails are already written, you only need to select which Template goes to which Lead.

To set these up, go to Email Templates and click the New Template button.

When writing your emails, it is important to keep an eye on your content and make sure the email is following certain rules of avoiding spam. Check out our guide on how to successfully keep yourself out of spam boxes.

Personalizing your emails can do wonders for your conversion rates, so try and use our merge fields to automate that! There are a lot of them, some of them specific to certain search types. Find out more about using merge fields here.

You can quickly edit your templates by clicking on their row in the templates list. This opens up a mini-editor where you can easily tweak any mistakes or changes you wanted to fix:

Once you're done with composing your email you can check the spam score - it's located besides the save button. If for any reason the button isn't showing results you can check out your score directly on Postmark.

Now that our email template is ready to go we'll select it on the Send Email popup:

Notice that you can also edit your email when you're in the final popup email composer! This way you can even further personalize your emails without spending time on going back to edit the Template every time.

Schedule an email using the schedule link:

We suggest testing out the email first before sending it to potential customers by using the Test button. More on how to do that here.

That's about it! Let us know if you have any suggestions or questions about creating or editing templates.
